Bad Experience with Sealy Posturepedic Mattress

About two years ago my wife and I purchased a new bedroom suit. The bed was kings size so we had to replace our old wonderful queen size.

We purchased a sealy posturepedic mattress from the same store where we bought the bedroom suite. In less than a year this bed started becoming a problem. Now every night when I get in the bed I sink in a hole and wave goodnight to my wife.

I think that I could get a replacement if I jumped through all the Sealy hoops, but I would have it for free. I paid 1500.00 for what I thought was going to be a bed that would last for years. Stay away from Sealy and anything they make.

I don't know what has happened to the mattress industry. They have all become so bad that you cannot trust any of them. I paid more than you did for a Serta that had a 30 year warranty. They won't honor the warranty! I am supposed to be able to get a new as good or better mattress to replace this piece of junk that like you said, you sink into a deep hole every night, but instead they refused to give me one that is as good or better (would give me one that is as much a piece of junk with a much shorter warranty) and offered to pay me instead so I can go somewhere else. They want me to go somewhere else. They won't answer emails or calls and I cannot get the corporate headquarters phone or email to get in touch with them. Online all you can find is info about their big new building and the architects who built it. Isn't that great??????
